FROM MARTIN BROD TO DRENJIJADA: A PERFECT IDEA FOR AN AUTUMN DAY TRIP

Nature, tradition and authentic local flavors come together in a one-day trip from Banjaluka to Drvar, with stops at some of the most beautiful attractions in this part of the region.

Putomanija is organizing the trip on Saturday, October 3, with visits to Rmanj Monastery, Martin Brod and Milančetov Buk, followed by a trip to Drvar for the traditional Drenjijada – Cornelian Cherry Festival.

FROM RMANJ AND MARTIN BROD TO DRVAR

Departure from Banjaluka is scheduled for 5:00 a.m., with the first part of the day dedicated to Rmanj Monastery and the natural beauty of Martin Brod.

The journey then continues to Drvar, where visitors will have an opportunity to experience one of the area's best-known traditional events, dedicated to the Cornelian cherry and the many local products made from this distinctive autumn fruit.

From 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., visitors can enjoy a cultural and entertainment program, traditional activities and tastings of various Cornelian cherry products.

The Cornelian cherry is one of the symbols of the Drvar area, and Drenjijada brings together local producers, visitors and lovers of traditional food, customs and regional heritage.

A ONE-DAY TRIP FOR 42 KM

The price of the trip is 42 KM and includes bus transportation, visits to all scheduled locations, admission to Milančetov Buk, as well as a visit to Drvar and Drenjijada.

Departure from Drvar is planned for 3:00 p.m., with arrival in Banjaluka at approximately 6:00 p.m.

According to Putomanija, only nine places were still available at the time the trip was announced.
