“KOČIĆ DAYS” – A FUSION OF FASHION, POETRY AND MUSIC

The manifestation “Kočić Days,” specifically the Day of Freedom, was enriched with a diverse cultural and artistic program in Banja Luka.

Visitors had the opportunity to enjoy the fashion show “Zmijani Embroidery”, which highlighted the beauty and importance of this part of cultural heritage. The evening continued with the theatrical poem “In Step with Kočić”, and concluded with a concert by the ethno group “Iva”, whose music left a powerful impression on the audience.

City Manager Mirna Savić-Banjac emphasized that “Kočić Days” continues to justify its reputation as one of the city’s most important events.

– Banja Luka was last night marked by tradition, art, and music. “Zmijani Embroidery” once again showed the richness of our cultural heritage, while the poem “In Step with Kočić” reminded us of the strength of his words and thoughts. The evening was rounded off with a concert by the ethno group “Iva”, which filled the audience with emotions – said Savić-Banjac.

She expressed gratitude to everyone who participated in the event, stressing that the program will become richer with each passing year.

– The audience is the guiding force that motivates us to continue in the same direction and to enrich the program year by year, building a tradition that will remain for future generations – Savić-Banjac concluded.
