The Tourist Organization of Modriča, in cooperation with the Museum of the Republic of Srpska, is organizing an exhibition titled “Eagle, Lion and Lily – Heraldry of Medieval Serbian Lands,” which will take place from April 6 to April 9 in Modriča.
During
the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to see twenty coats of arms
representing some of the most prominent ruling and noble families from the
historical regions of Serbia, Bosnia, Hum, and Zeta, offering a unique insight
into the rich heraldic heritage of the area.
The official opening is scheduled for April 6 at 12:00 PM at the Serbian Cultural Center in Modriča.
The
organizers invite all interested citizens to visit this cultural event and
learn more about the symbolism and history of medieval coats of arms.
