BANJALUKA READY FOR A NEW “STEP OF CHAMPIONS”

Following last year’s highly successful tournament, Banja Luka, the largest city in the Republic of Srpska, will host the second edition of the youth football tournament “Step of Champions” on Saturday, August 29.

The tournament will be held at the FK Krajina stadium and will bring together young footballers from several age categories, providing them with an opportunity to compete, make new friendships and gain valuable sporting experience.

The event is organized by FK Krajina Banja Luka, a club well known for its work with youth players and its commitment to developing young football talent.

The tournament is open to players born in 2014/2015, 2016/2017 and 2018/2019, with matches played in the 6+1 format.

Awards and recognition will be presented to the best-performing teams, while the participation fee is 120 KM per team.

Organizers are promising a full day of football, competition and socializing for the youngest participants, with the message that every new match and every new experience represents another “step” towards future sporting success.

Through the tournament, FK Krajina is continuing its tradition of investing in youth football and creating an environment in which young players can develop their skills, build friendships and take their first steps towards becoming future champions.
