Recent studies have highlighted the growing trend of online shopping in Bosnia and Herzegovina, revealing the top categories for online purchases to be clothing, footwear, and electronics.
The majority of online shoppers fall within the 25 to 45 age bracket, with a notable increase of 7.4% in customers making more than ten online purchases in the last three months.
Consistent with previous years, the highest-spending categories online remain clothing, footwear, and sporting accessories, followed by electronic equipment.
Additionally, there is significant expenditure on tickets, streaming media, and other miscellaneous items.
Among the survey participants, 30% reported purchasing products from the EU, over 40% made regional purchases, while smaller percentages were attributed to purchases from Africa, the American market, and Australia.
