Ingredients:
250g macaroni
400ml milk
200ml yogurt
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
200g cheese
100g bacon
50ml oil
Preparation:
Soak the macaroni in milk and leave it in the fridge for at
least half an hour.
Whisk together eggs, cheese, yogurt, oil, salt, and finely
chopped bacon. Mix this with the soaked macaroni and milk.
Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled baking dish and bake
in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
Near the end of baking, take the dish out, grate some cheese
on top, and return it to the oven for another five minutes.
