The Director of the Olympic Center (OC) "Jahorina," Dejan Ljevnaić, announced that before the upcoming winter season, they will correct the mistake most criticized by skiers. The price of ski passes will be fully adjusted to the availability of the ski slopes.
"We are aware that we had certain shortcomings last season, but this year we are fully committed to correcting those mistakes and providing a fairer and more flexible payment system, which will be entirely in line with the condition of the slopes and the quality of our offerings," said Ljevnaić.
He stated that they expect excellent results in the new winter season, noting that forecasts predict favorable weather conditions.
According to him, the Olympic Center's team carefully monitors the desires and needs of visitors and is prepared to offer skiers top conditions on the slopes, as the primary focus is the general interest and satisfaction of the guests.
"Precisely for that reason, everything we do, we do in accordance with your expectations and for your benefit. This year, we have introduced a more flexible ticket pricing model, where the price will depend on the condition and quality of the slopes. This decision was made with the goal of providing skiers with the best possible value for their money, as well as highlighting our commitment to responsible and transparent operations," Ljevnaić emphasized.
Ljevnaić called on all tourism entities on Jahorina to follow their example to collectively contribute to raising the overall quality of the tourist offer, according to the Olympic Center "Jahorina."
"Our goal is for Jahorina to become synonymous with a complete skiing experience, one that every visitor will remember and return to with pleasure," Ljevnaić concluded.
